When a contract is negotiated and signed, the perhaps most challenging and important part of building the relationship starts – the transition project. It can also be described as ”transition & transformation” or ”T&T”. The transition is a risky project which often brings both technically and business related problems. Too often it doesn´t go at all as planned.
